We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted service providers to run the Services: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and Twilio (SMS, if you've opted in). Each processes data only as needed to perform their function for us, under their own privacy and security commitments. We don't share your data with anyone else except as required by law.
We retain account and monitoring data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, and audit-trail purposes (monitoring evidence and audit logs in particular are compliance artifacts our clients rely on). Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to what each system needs (row-level security on all client data).
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Deleting active monitoring/audit data may affect your ability to demonstrate compliance to auditors or insurers — we'll flag that tradeoff before acting on a deletion request.
Our marketing site uses minimal cookies for analytics and to remember your cart selection (SIGNAL BLACK, etc.) between pages. No third-party ad-tracking cookies are used.
Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
