Within the hour — your payment confirms and an onboarding specialist reviews the environment profile you submitted at checkout (company, industry, plan).
Within 24 hours — we call you to walk through rollout: which devices, cloud accounts, and email tenants to connect, and in what order.
Within 48 hours — monitoring goes live across the connectors we've set up, and stays live 24/7.
What we'll ask you for on the call
An admin who can approve connecting your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant (read-only security signals).
A list of the laptops/servers you want the endpoint agent on.
Your cloud provider (AWS / Azure / GCP), if any, for cloud misconfiguration and threat signals.
You keep full control. Nothing is connected without your admin's explicit approval, and SENTRY never takes an irreversible action on your systems without a human on our side signing off.
