These Terms govern your use of SAL SENTRY, SAL BUNKER, SOVEREIGN SIGNAL, and related services (the "Services") provided by Success Agentic Labs ("SAL," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
SAL SENTRY provides AI-assisted 24/7 monitoring of network, cloud, endpoint, and email activity, with flagged suspicious activity escalated for human review and sign-off before any containment action is taken on ambiguous cases. SAL SENTRY is a monitoring and flagged-response service — it is not a guarantee against security incidents, and it is not a substitute for your own security practices, backups, or insurance.
Any AI-recommended containment action (isolating a device, blocking an IP, quarantining email, disabling an account) is only executed automatically when it meets a strict, code-enforced confidence and severity threshold; everything else is routed to a human analyst for review before action is taken. We log every automated and human decision for audit purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAL's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Either party may terminate for convenience per the cancellation terms above. We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, abuse, or unlawful use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
